Welcome! I lead a research lab at Wayne State University working on knowledge graph reasoning, graph mining, and the intersection of large language models (LLMs) with structured knowledge. Our goal is to build systems that reason reliably over knowledge graphs and text, and to bring symbolic structure and neural methods closer together.
Research Areas
- Knowledge Graph Reasoning — neural and neural-symbolic methods for answering complex logical queries over knowledge graphs, including hyperbolic and non-Euclidean embeddings.
- Graph Mining & GNNs — graph neural network architectures, spectral methods, and representation learning for large, structured, and evolving graphs.
- LLMs + Knowledge Graphs — retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge graph question answering, and grounding LLM agents in structured, verifiable knowledge.
- Neural-Symbolic AI — combining logical operators and symbolic reasoning with learned representations for interpretable, generalizable AI systems.
